Forbes Marshall owns and operates some of the world's finest manufacturing facilities supported with state-of-the-art technology labs. We have over 40,000 sq mtrs of factory space in four locations at Pune and Hyderabad. The newest is a state of the art manufacturing facility at Chakan, spread over 50 acres.

Our Chakan manufacturing facility is certified by the prestigious American Society Of Mechanical Engineer's "ASME 'U' Designator & Certificate" for manufacturing. NBIL has also certified the facility.

Many of our joint venture partners also source their worldwide requirements from Forbes Marshall, India. Our products are used in applications that demand the highest degrees of reliability and accuracy.

Manufacturing practices and facilities at Forbes Marshall have been ISO 9001 certified since 1994. Because we consider total quality an integral attribute, we ensure that our processes meet the highest standards of quality and practice. These are implemented right through the supply chain, with stringent norms applied to our materials suppliers as well.  We routinely undertake audits and reviews that ensure our manufacturing practices are in line with international standards.

Testing and calibration play an important role in the manufacturing process. Every test and measuring instrument is checked by our in-house Standards Room as well as by laboratories whose instruments have national and international traceability.

In-house facilities for conventional, sophisticated surface mount electronic assembly and testing play an important role in maintaining product quality and consistency.

Our dedicated assembly and test rigs for hydro, seat leak and performance testing ensure high quality systems. The facility also boasts of a world class specialist manufacturing and testing set up for manufacture of high purity systems.

In addition, we have a fully-automated boiler test rig that can tangibly measure the quality and efficiency of a smoke tube boiler. This rig permits research on previously unsubstantiated areas.

Our instruments are calibrated on sophisticated calibration rigs that are traceable to national and international standards. Krohne Marshall's calibration facility has the capability to calibrate flowmeters of upto 2000 mm ensuring unparalleled accuracy in flow measurement. Local calibration offers the benefit of avoiding costs associated with sending flowmeters abroad for calibration. The NABL accredited rig, is the second largest in Asia.
